Take the hassle out of shop hops! Let the bus drive for you and your friends. Come join Journey Quilt's first annual bus tour.

We have 10 spaces left! Reserve before September 20th so you don't miss out!

Journey Quilt Fall Bus Tour will leave Journey Quilt Co. at 9 am and return at 5 pm. The day-long tour will include 6 shops along the southern tier corridor. We will travel from shop to shop, hosting games and fun in the bus. Goodie bags, drawings, etc. will be part of the fun-filled day. We have allocated time so you can visit the shops and purchase any items you just have to have! Cost is $45 (payable no later than September 20th).

Do yourself a favor and join us for a wonderful fall day in six fabulous quilt shops. Some are hidden secrets of the quilting world and others have been in business up to and including 33 years. I have visited each and everyone of them and can assure you each is unique within itself. Happy, friendly quilt shop owners will be at their places of business to welcome you to their shops.

HI all:

We always have time to complete your quilt tops. Our Gammill has stayed quite busy with quilt tops most of the summer. If you have completed tops and would like them done before the push for Christmas Quilts, now is the time to schedule your top to be quilted.

We hope the heat of summer is over with soon! Now is the time to think of your Christmas sewing needs.

Our Thangles Saturdays are still the second and fourth Saturdays of each month. The Buck a Block patterns not only helps you created wonderful squares with triangles but in the end of 12 blocks you will have a wonderful sampler quilt top. You may join in at any time. All you need to do is tell me you are beginning and I can help everyone on a one on one basis. Each of you can work at your own speed. Do one block and then come in for the next one. If Saturdays don't work for you stop by Journey Quilt and we can work out a day class for you.

This fall Journey Quilt Co will be working with Growing Places in Dansville and we will be teaching many classes. We will be teaching both the Amish rug class and the Stacked and Packed Squares quilt top. Please call us or Growing Places for further information. Classes will begin after Labor Day.

We still have plenty of room on the bus for our October 20th Bus Shop Hop. We would however caution you on waiting too long. September 20th is the cut off for reservations. Our shops have all been selected and the day will be filled with games, prizes and lots of fun. The bus leaves Nunda at 9 am and we will be back approximately 5 pm. We will travel to six pre selected shops in the southern tier. Lunch will be in Olean and the cost is $6.00. The bus tour cost is $45.00. Come along, bring friends and have a fun filled day of visiting and seeing the fabrics in these great 6 shops. Also have a chance of winning a basket filled with lots of goodies from our vendors.
